By accessing 445, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. By registering, you agree to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines.
These Terms apply to all services, features, and content on 445. Certain terms are binding for both registered and unregistered users. It is your responsibility to read these Terms in full before using any part of the platform.
Anyone wishing to use 445 platform content or services for commercial purposes must obtain prior written permission.
2. Account Creation, Verification & Security
To create an account on 445, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account using a false identity, someone else's name, or any misleading details is strictly prohibited. Each individual may operate one account only.
You may be required to submit identification or other supporting documents to verify your account. Certain services may be restricted until verification is complete. We reserve the right to request additional verification information at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify us immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
- Violations of the Terms may result in immediate account suspension.
- Accounts found engaging in fraud or deceptive activity will be permanently closed.
- Operating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
- You may also request account closure at any time.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Using bots, automated software, or any unfair advantage.
- Attempting to access another user's information or account.
- Participating in money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.
4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Information
All financial transactions on 445 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions via third parties or any unauthorized means are strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary in accordance with the rules set on the platform. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though this may be faster if verification has already been completed.
Accepting a bonus offer means withdrawals cannot be made until the specified wagering requirements are met. All bonus-related terms are stated separately and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
If suspicious activity is detected on any transaction, 445 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the relevant transaction and account.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

The 445 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 445 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, or third-party errors. We do not accept responsibility for bets lost due to internet disconnection or device-related problems.
Services may be temporarily suspended due to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 445 cannot be held liable in such events.

All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the 445 platform are protected under 445's intellectual property rights. Reuse, redistribution, or modification without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
445 may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform, and users will be notified by email where applicable. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
